Please review Wendy Gell Jewelry and Art’s online store policies before making a purchase from our online shop. We believe it is important that you understand our shipping, return, and refund policies before buying from our website.
Shipping Policy
- All items in stock are shipped within 5 days.
- NOTE: Delivery time of CUSTOM ORDERS depends on the scope of the project.
- Wendy does all the work herself. Presently there is a moderate backlog, so please be patient.
- If you have a deadline for an event for which you need an item, please write to Wendy and we will let you know if we can meet the deadline. Such items can be sent by Federal Express Overnight, or Second Day delivery, or by United States Postal Service Express or Priority delivery.
Return Policy
- Please call or email before you make any return. Once you receive your item(s), there is a 48 hour time period to contact Wendy Gell if there is a problem with the item(s). After this time frame, the item is considered sold.
- The returned package must be postmarked within 7 days of the day that the item was received to ensure credit. Returns will be thoroughly examined by a qualified designer to verify that the original pieces have been returned intact. Jewelry must be in its original condition, worn items cannot be refunded. Items altered in any manner will not be issued a refund.
- Returns can be made via the United States Postal Service, fully insured for the amount of purchase. Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
- Wendy Gell will not refund any special orders such as customized products and/or additional services requested by the customer.
Refund Policy
- The following procedures are taken when refunds are requested:
- Paypal refunds are issued within 10 business days of merchandise return, as long as the return is made within the seven days as described above.
- Any merchandise returned after the seven days will receive “store credit” only, which may be used within 180 days. Store credits not used within this time frame will be forfeited.
- Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Cashier’s Check and Money Order refunds will be issued by company check thirty (30) days after receipt of the payment.
- No Return or Exchange or Upgrade will be Accepted for Special Custom Design Orders and Clearance Items.
